On December 1, 2016, Israel News Online, which is based in Jerusalem, posted a video which quickly went viral all over the Internet. It is a video of a cloud, but not just any cloud. It is the kind of cloud that seems to know exactly where it wants to be.

THURSDAY MORNING AT 8AM lN THE GOLAN HEIGHTS.
A weather phenomenon occurred at 8am Thursday on the other side of the Syrian border, in the same place where ISIS attacked Israel.
This strange storm of what appears to be dust, cloud and rain did NOT cross the border fence into Israel. It sat like a barrier between ISIS and Israel.

As you watch the video, one of the things that you will notice is the sound of the wind. The wind, in many cases, is the very thing that blows clouds away. A gentle wind will often preserve a cloud’s shape but keep it moving along.
This was different—very different.
In this case, it was a very powerful wind. But rather than blowing this cloud away, the wind seemed to be working with the cloud. The original post mentioned the location of the cloud.
This cloud did not cross the border fence into Israel. It sat “like a barrier between ISIS and Israel.”
